Cheesy Football - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. bacon bits
pimento or red pepper strips
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Beat cheeses and mayonnaise with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add onions and pepper; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Form into football shape. Cover with bacon bits. Add pimento strips to form \"lacing\" for \"football.\"
Serve with Ritz crackers. Makes 2 cups.
