Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
Preparation

Sieve flour, salt and soda in large bowl.
Cut in butter and mix well.
Add sugar and egg (beaten).
Mix to soft dough.
Turn onto floured board.
Knead lightly a few times and roll out, then cut into 2-inch rounds.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
