Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, over medium heat, cook oil until hot.
Add pork chops and onions.
Cook until browned on both sides.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in soup and water mixture.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer on low until pork chops are done and are fork-tender. Stir occasionally while cooking.
Serve with rice or baked potato.
