Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Crisco
3 1/3 c. sugar
10 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream the Crisco.
Add sugar gradually while creaming.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Continue beating.
Sift flour and salt together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add lemon extract.
Pour into 10-inch tube pan which has been well-greased.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
