Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 c. Panko (Japanese style bread crumbs)
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
Preparation

Mix together the butter, mustard and garlic. Set aside. Mix together the crumbs, cheese and parsley. Set aside. Wash and dry breasts. Dip both sides of each half of breasts in mustard mixture. Dip one side only in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 500\u00b0.
