Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 to 2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over water; stir until dissolved.
    Melt margarine; cool to lukewarm.
    Add margarine, eggs and sugar to water mixture.
    Add flour; beat until smooth.
    Dough wil be the consistency of waffle batter.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Batter will keep about a week in refrigerator.
