Lisa West'S Pudding Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
    3 1/2 c. milk (can use skim milk)
Preparation
    Prepare pudding according to package instructions.
    Sweeten to taste.
    Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 1 hour. Serving number depends on size of popsicle holder.
