Coconut Pie (No Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs well beaten
    2 cups sweet milk
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    7 oz. coconut
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and margarine; add flour and mix.
    Add vanilla and beaten eggs; mix.
    Add coconut (I add until mixture is thick, just guess).
    Pour into 2 well creased pie platters (I grease mine with margarine).
    Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
