Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. margarine or butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 2/3 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Beat margarine or butter in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer for 30 seconds.
Add brown sugar and beat until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add the flour mixture to the beaten mixture.
Beat at low speed just until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and 1 cup walnuts.
Spread batter in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
