Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
    1/2 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 18 muffins cups or line with paper baking cups.
    In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter.
    Blend with fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Blend well.
    Add sour cream, 1/2 cup butter, milk, vanilla and egg; stir just until moistened.
    Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full; sprinkle each with streusel.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
