Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. oatmeal
    3/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb, flour, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt and spread in a greased pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Mix together remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over top of rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until bubbly and light brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
