Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 c. carrot sticks
    3 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 zucchini, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. dried margarine
    3/4 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Cut carrots (approximately 6) into 2 x 1/4-inch strips. Slice celery and set aside.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet until hot. Add carrots and celery and stir-fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until almost tender.
    Add onion and
    zucchini and continue stirring until crisp and tender.
    Add seasonings and serve.
