Cranberry Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry flavored Jell-O (3 oz.)
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water.
Stir well.
Let chill until slightly thickened.
Break up cranberry sauce with a fork.
Stir into gelatin with celery and nuts.
Fold in sour cream.
Pour into oiled 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
