Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken cutlets
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 can Heinz chicken gravy
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1 can artichoke hearts, drained
Preparation
    Braise chicken cutlets in margarine.
    Place in shallow roasting pan.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Cover with mushrooms and artichoke hearts.
    Add chicken gravy.
    Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven until gravy bubbles.
    Serves 4.
