Cajun Black-Eyed Pea Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dried black-eyed peas
14 oz. can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Cajun spice mix
3/4 c. water
1 sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
-
Soak peas overnight.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients and cook until peas are tender.
(Do not use iron cookware.)
