Strawberry Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 large bananas, mashed
    1 carton sour cream
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save juice.
    Add water to make 1 cup and boil to dissolve jello.
    Combine pineapple, bananas and strawberries.
    Mix well and pour 1/2 mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan and let jell.
    Spread sour cream over top of mixture.
    Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream and jell until firm.
