Eve'S Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 or 3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill
Preparation
    Wash the mushrooms and slice them thin.
    Get the butter very hot in a pan; mix in salt and a little cayenne pepper.
    Add the mushrooms.
    Cook them briskly for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; then sprinkle them with the sherry and dill.
