Mustard Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. white wine or tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. dried tarragon or 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Place mustard in a small bowl.
    Add vinegar, tarragon, salt and pepper; whisk well.
    Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly, until dressing is creamy.
    Makes 1 cup.
