Raisin-Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. raisins
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla, eggs and 1 teaspoon water in a large mixer bowl; beat until creamy.
