Vegetable Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. carrot, grated
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and combine with milk and Cheddar cheese. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Chill well and serve with crackers.
