Chocolate-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini (about 2 large)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine zucchini, milk and vanilla.
    Combine flour and next 5 ingredients; add to butter mixture alternately with zucchini mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Stir in pecans.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
