Mushroom Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. dry white wine
Dash white pepper
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Simmer 7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Great with chicken.
Use beef broth and red wine or burgundy wine for beef.
