Beef And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. round steak
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    In wok or skillet, stir-fry beef, garlic and salt in hot oil. Stir in soy sauce.
    Cook, covered, 2 or 3 minutes.
    Remove meat and set aside.
    Add broccoli and 3/4 cup water to wok.
    Bring to boiling.
    Stir, then continue cooking, covered, 2 to 5 minutes more.
    Add meat.
    Combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water.
    Pour into center of meat mixture.
    Cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes more or until thickened and bubbly.
    Serve with hot rice.
