Pepperoni Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hot roll mix
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Prepare roll mix according to package directions, omitting egg and using 1 cup water.
    Place 1 cheese cube with 1 pepperoni slice.
    Wrap each with a small piece of dough shaping into a ball. Fry in deep oil for 5 minutes or until brown.
