Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    milk
    1 (5 oz.) can sweet peas
    1 medium carrot, diced
    1 heaping Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. boiled chicken, deboned and chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    6 biscuits
Preparation
    Mix oil and flour; add enough milk to make thin white cream sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place peas, carrots, onion and celery in casserole dish.
    Add layers of chicken.
    Pour in cream sauce and broth.
    Top with biscuits and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
