Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1 carton sour cream (small)
1 c. ham, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
milk
cheese, grated or sliced into strips
Preparation

Bake
potatoes
until
tender.
Scoop
out the insides, making potato
shells.
Mash the potatoes with the butter and enough milk
to
do
the job, keeping the mixture very stiff. Add
the sour
cream,
ham
and green onions, then scoop this mixture back into the potato shells.
Top with cheese and bake until nicely browned.
