Beef And Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Saute with beef until onion is tender.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir in rice, beef mixture and seasonings.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes until browned and liquid is absorbed.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
