Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. warm water
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft shortening
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 1/2 to 7 c. sifted flour

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; stir in sugar and shortening. With spoon, mix in sifted flour until dough is easy to handle. Keep dough soft, almost sticky.
