Pittsburgh Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes (with or without skins)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon (do not fry), chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    season to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; cut into cubes.
    Cube Velveeta cheese; chop onion and bacon.
    Mix potatoes, cheese, onion and bacon with mayonnaise and season to taste.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can be prepared ahead and baked when ready to serve.
