Ingredients

2 sticks magarine or butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour.
Put vinegar into a cup and stir in baking soda (it will foam), then add this mix into the batter.
Chill for a day or 2.
Roll out chilled dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
