Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or 1 stick margarine
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Stir in coconut.
Press mixture lightly into ungreased 9 x 13 pan, building up slight edges.
Bake 10 minutes.
Arrange apple slices on warm crust.
Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on apples.
Blend sour cream and egg (yolks); drizzle on apples.
(Topping will not completely cover apples.)
Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
Serve warm.
