Pork Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork steak, cubed
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 pkg. French's brown gravy mix
    4 carrots, cut thin
    2 onions, cut into 1/8ths
    1 green pepper, cut in slices or chunks
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild and white rice (original recipe)
Preparation
    Brown steak and cook about 20 minutes with water, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and brown gravy mix on low heat.
    Cook carrots, onions and green pepper 15 to 20 minutes.
    Prepare rice according to directions.
    Mix all together or serve meat mixture over rice.
