Carrots Provencal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally into 2-inch pieces
1 head garlic, cloves peeled and halved
salt to taste
1 can black olives, cut in half
Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil over moderately high heat.
When the oil is hot, add carrots, stir to coat carrots with oil and reduce to moderate heat.
Cover and braise for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
