Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    3 lb. green tomatoes
    cooking oil
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice green tomatoes about 1/2-inch thick.
    Dip in flour, salt and pepper to coat both sides.
    Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides; drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Good eating!!!
