Tuna Spring Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped olives
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 small onion
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (7 oz.) can drained solid white tuna (preferably packed in water)
Preparation

Mix olives, carrots, celery, parsley, onion and vinegar in small bowl.
Mix cottage cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Add tuna.
Mix all together and serve on lettuce leaf.
