Healthy Barbecued Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet.
    Pour off fat that accumulates.
    Add all other ingredients, mixing well, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes uncovered.
    Spoon onto hamburger buns.
    Yields 6 (1/2 cup) servings, 200 calories.
    Low-fat and low cholesterol.
