Ritz Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 pieces boneless, skinless chicken
2 sticks margarine
Lawry's garlic salt with parsley flakes
1 large box Ritz crackers
Preparation

Take chicken and use meat hammer to tenderize lightly.
Melt butter and add garlic salt to completely cover top of butter.
Dip chicken in butter and garlic salt.
Place in baking pan that has been covered with Pam spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, then take off foil and bake 10 more minutes to brown.
