Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 c. butter
    1 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    2 cans mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Pour in water and bring to a boil.
    Add rice; cover and remove from stove.
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Pour in corn and soup; add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
