Danish Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 thighs
    flour
    margarine
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 to 1 tsp. thyme
    1 small onion
    2 pieces bay leaf
    2 strips bacon
    white wine
    rice
Preparation
    Coat thighs in seasoned flour.
    Fry in margarine until very brown.
    Put in small roaster pan with drippings.
    Add mushrooms and juice.
    Sprinkle thyme over it, along with onion (sliced), bay leaf and bacon.
    Add lots of white wine and cook slowly until tender at about 250\u00b0.
    Cook covered and keep adding wine if cocktail hour drags on.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes lots of good juice.
