Tortellini Calcutta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    2 gloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. dried basil
    2 cans tomatoes, pureed
    1/2 pt. cream
    2 Tbsp. curry
    1 lb. cooked tortellini
Preparation
    Heat olive oil and butter; add onion and garlic.
    Cook until soft.
    Add carrots; cook 4 minutes.
    Add basil; cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes; put sauce back into pan.
    Add cream and curry.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Serve over pasta with freshly grated cheese.
