English Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Place ingredients in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
