Tofu And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 block tofu
    1 lb. nappa (Chinese cabbage) or romaine lettuce
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
    4 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    1/4 lb. boneless lean pork
    2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Cut tofu into 1/2-inch cubes; drain well on layers of paper towels.
    Separate and rinse cabbage; pat dry.
    Cut leaves crosswise into 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 3 tablespoons soy sauce; set aside.
