Stuffed Cabbage Rolls 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cabbage leaves
    1 egg
    1/2 c. uncooked white rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes un-drained
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves in boiling, salted water for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain leaves.
    Combine ground beef, eggs, onion, rice, butter salt, and pepper;
    mix well.
    Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each leaf; fold ends over and roll up.
    Place cabbage rolls, seam side down, in a large greased skillet.
    Sprinkle cheese over cabbage rolls.
