Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice 5 minutes; add slowly and stir in dry ingredients.
    Pour on greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Turn out on towel dusted with powdered sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
