Heather'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Add oil and beat until smooth. Add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake in 9-inch layer cake pans or a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
