Orange Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
1/4 c. packed brown sugar (light or dark)
1 c. boiling water
4 Tbsp. butter
2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
Preparation

In large skillet, dissolve Jell-O, brown sugar, and salt in boiling water. Add butter and bring to boil. Add sweet potatoes, simmer, basting frequently until syrup thickens, about 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
