Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large pieces boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen vegetables
    1 2/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown well in butter in large skillet.
    Add water, onion, salt and garlic powder.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
    Remove chicken.
    Add soup and vegetables to drippings in skillet.
    Bring to boil on medium heat.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice, then top with chicken.
    Cover; remove from heat.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
