Sauerkraut And Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars sauerkraut or 2 cans
1 ring smoked sausage
potatoes (several, at least 6 large ones)
Preparation

Put kraut in baking dish.
Cut smoked sausage serving pieces. Place in kraut.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until sausage pops when forked. Boil potatoes and mash.
Serve with kraut and sausage.
Serves 6.
