Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box orange Jell-O
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. grated carrots
juice from 1 lemon
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Fix Jell-O
according
to directions on box; add sugar, grated carrots, lemon juice and pineapple.
Place in refrigerator until it\tstarts\tto
set.
Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Pour in greased
mold
and chill until very firm.
Place finished product on decorated tray.
