Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cube steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
    3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a plastic bag, mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Cut steak in bite size pieces.
    Heat Crisco in large saucepan until hot.
    Put steak in bag with flour; shake to coat.
    Place meat in hot Crisco; brown on both sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
